Ingredient Stories
Organic Cranberry Powder
As one of the only three fruits that are native to North America that are
commercially grown (the other two are blueberries and Concord Grapes)
cranberries have been used through out American History.  Native
Americans used them to eat, dye clothing and in healing rituals and
whalers used to take them on board to prevent scurry.

When modern researchers began studying cranberries, they were surprised
at the nutritional power that they contained.  Rich in the omegas 3,6 and 9 it
is able to help skin regenerate and renew.  It also has a high content of
anti-oxidants that are able to reverse damage that has occurred on the skin
and prevent further damage

Organic Cocoa Butter
Cocoa butter has been called the ultimate moisturizer and has been used to keep skin soft and supple for centuries.

The cocoa tree originated in the foothills of the Andes where wild cacao can still be found. It is believed that it  was introduced into
Central America by the ancient Mayas, and cultivated in Mexico by the Toltecs and later by the Aztecs.

Cocoa Butter is one of the most stable, highly concentrated natural fats known.  Due to the fact that it melts at body temperature it is
readily absorbed by the skin.  Once absorbed, it creates a barrier between the skin and the environment which helps skin retain
moisture.  It also increases skins elasticity and suppleness.
